My floors look terrific! The grout was dark and dirty looking against the light gray tile, but now that the tile is clean and the grout restained and resealed, everything looks just like new. I am so pleased with the process (which included a video assessment of the floor) and with the technicians, who were professional and thorough. I'll definitely use Sir Grout when I need them again.
