Sir Grout Houston did an amazing job! The first step was having Courtney come out to give a quote for the work. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! Courtney gave lots of helpful suggestions and promptly provided us with a very reasonable quote. Thank you, Courtney!

Then, just a couple of days later, Nico came out to do our repairs. We had issues that needed to be addressed in three of our bathrooms. Nico did an amazing job! My floors look terrific! The grout was dark and dirty looking against the light gray tile, but now that the tile is clean and the grout restained and resealed, everything looks just like new. I am so pleased with the process (which included a video assessment of the floor) and with the technicians, who were professional and thorough. I'll definitely use Sir Grout when I need them again.

Sir Grout provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. Sir Grout cleaned the grout in the shower in the master bedroom and applied caulk to various areas (e.g., showers, sinks, tubs, countertops, etc.). Jorge, who is proud of his business (and I can see why!), was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would do business with Sir Grout again.
